This project encompasses accessibility improvements at various City-owned facilities. The purpose of this project is to remedy non-compliant or outdated accessibility features in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The work will be performed at the sites and addresses specified in the attached CDBG SOW Project List, ensuring the City meets ADA standards and the requirements of the Cobb County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. RFP Question Submission Deadline: May 23, 2025, at noon EDT Professional Service firms, contractors, and subcontractors should be familiar with the requirements regarding conditions of employment, correct job classifications, and minimum wage rates for all workers on this project. All participants must comply with Federal, State, and local regulations, including ADA standards and the Cobb County Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) requirements. Minority and female firms are encouraged to participate in this Federally funded project. Procurement shall be in compliance with the Common Rule, 2 CFR 200.317-326.
