Cecil County, Maryland is soliciting bids to obtain the services of a qualified contractor with experience and qualifications for repair or replacement of commercial and industrial heating and air conditioning systems, including furnishing of all labor, equipment, tools, materials, incidentals, and the performing of all operations necessary as described in the bid. The intent of this bid is to establish a relationship with an HVAC contractor(s) capable of providing the full spectrum of services consisting of repair, and replacement of the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems, subsystems, and components normally considered part of an HVAC system and required for its proper functioning according to standard industry practices and usage. There is no pre-bid meeting for this solicitation. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. Cecil County, Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. All contract awards are based upon budgetary constraints. NO BID BOND REQUIRED All projects are subject to funding approval by Cecil County Council and the Cecil County Executive. Some projects may also be subject to Federal, State, and/or local grant funding conditions and approval. All project awards are subject to required funding approvals.
