ITEM Purchase and Installation of Fencing Lake St. Tennis/Pickleball Courts Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of CERTIFIEDCHECK, or BID BOND issued by a responsible bank or trust company licensed todo business in the State of Massachusetts in the amount of 5% of the total bid. The time received will be stamped on each bid and for a consistency of time, the time clock in the Department of Public Works will be the determining time. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days, after the date set for the opening thereof. Tisbury is an affirmative action/equal opportunity purchaser. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all bids or take whatever other action may be deemed necessary to be in the best interest of the Town.
