Project focuses on improvements to the existing Ebay campus located in Draper at the corner of Frontrunner Blvd. and Ebay Way The 36-acre property houses a 3-story office building and 1 story amenity building under consideration for adaptive reuse for the various Canyons programs. Per ongoing master plan discussions, the first 2 levels of the boomerang building and the single-story amenity building will be included in the remodel efforts for Phase-1 A new 25,000-30,000 sf addition will be located adjacent to the south end of the amenity building to provide additional high clearance shop space. Current CTEC programming will be shifted to the new campus. Final program list for Phase-1 will be provided by the District at end of master plan effort. Design services will roll through the remainder of 2025 with construction starting as soon as possible.
