Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of all labor, material, equipment, and services to perform all selective demolition and construction required by the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the demolition of existing building and relocation of existing gas meter. The Contractor shall disconnect all utilities, demolish concrete walks, foundations, etc. and safe off the demolished building. The contractor shall relocate utilities as required for the continued function of adjacent buildings. The Contractor shall clean and level the existing site to be graded to match the existing site. McFarland High School: The Project consists of all labor, material, equipment, and services to perform all selective demolition and construction required by the Contract Documents, including but not limited to the demolition of existing science classroom building, staff lounge and CTE health classroom. The Contractor shall disconnect all utilities, demolish concrete walks, foundations, etc. and safe off the demolished building. The contractor shall relocate utilities as required for the continued function of adjacent buildings. The Contractor shall clean and level the existing site to be graded to match the existing site. This project is anticipated to start on approximately June 2, 2025 and is anticipated to have a duration of 46 calendar days for completion (including weekends). A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in cash, a certified or cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the total bid price payable to the Owner The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process, and to award more than one contract.
