Demolition and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Schuyler, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
Merchant Park Roof Repairs and Upgrades For the demolition, repairs and upgrades of the wind damaged areas of the metal roof and structural framework of Merchant Park, Higgins Drive, Schuyler, NE Construction and Repairs to begin after July 31,2025. .Project Description: Metal Roof Grandstand Partial Rebuild Project. Project consists of (18) 14-16' sections of structure 9 Sections to east from announcer's box, will require replacement of roof framing, columns, front headers, & hurricane ties. New roof metal similar to existing (26ga panel loc profile, pro rib, forest green) will be installed, with necessary fasteners, with corner trim along top edge to prevent future wind damage. This roof area is approximately 160' x 24'. 9 Sections to north from announcer's box will require refastening existing roof structure, addition of hurricane ties, and replacement of damaged wood framing or reinforcement of support columns as necessary, new roof metal will be similar to east section replacement panels and corner trim. This roof area is approximately 130'x24'. All demo materials will be disposed of by contractor The City of Schuyler, reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities and to make award of bid, which in its opinion, serves the best interests of the City, and also reserves the right to reject any and or all bids.
