Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Replacement Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, vehicles, equipment, travel and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose, and replace the existing roofing system at the Caltrans Orleans Maintenance Station. SCO ID: 2660-01A6492 Contractor shall install a roofing system consisting of approximately 1800 sq. ft. The new roof shall consist of new sheathing (deck), underlayment, roof shingles, drip edge, sealants, hardware, rain gutters, downspouts and other accessories and all components, necessary for a complete, securely fastened, and weather-tight installation. Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Roof Replacement Services as described herein: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, supplies, parts, vehicles, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove, dispose, and replace the existing roofing system at the Caltrans Orleans Maintenance Station. 2 Subcontracting is not permitted under this Agreement. All references to subcontracting or Subcontractors as found herein are not applicable to this Agreement. The services shall be performed at District 1, Caltrans Orleans Maintenance Station (MS), 156 West Perch Creek Road, Orleans, CA 95556. This Agreement will commence on June 1, 2025 (estimate), or upon approval by Caltrans, whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by Caltrans. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by Caltrans Contract Manager. This Agreement will expire on November 30, 2025 (estimate). The services shall be provided Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except State holidays.
