Orleans Mtn Lookout Road Repair The project involves road repair work on the Orleans Mountain Lookout Road within the Six Rivers National Forest. It is designated as a Total Small Business Set-Aside, with an estimated construction magnitude between $500,000 and $1,000,000 in accordance with FAR 36.204. Orleans: From Eureka take Highway 101 North to Highway 299 near Blue Lake, California. Take Highway 299 east to Willow Creek and make a left onto Highway 96 to reach the ranger station.
