Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to inspect and repair an 800-gallon fuel tank at the CAL FIRE, Ukiah Station. As required by Executive Order S-02-06, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) is committed to meeting the State's 25 percent (25%) Small Business (SB) participation goal. Certified SBs, Micro Businesses (MB), and contractors willing to commit to subcontracting a minimum of 25 percent (25%) of their net bid price to certified SBs or MBs (if applicable),are encouraged to submit bids. are encouraged to submit bids. No bid will be accepted unless the bidder or his authorized representative was in attendance This Agreement will commence on June 01, 2025 (estimate) or upon approval by the California Department of General Services (DGS), whichever is later, and no work shall begin before that time. This Agreement is of no effect unless approved by DGS. Contractor shall not receive payment for work performed prior to approval of the Agreement and before receipt of notice to proceed by CAL FIRE Project Representative. This Agreement shall expire on June 01, 2026 (estimate). The services shall be provided during normal working hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except State holidays.
