Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
The scope of the project consists of interior finish upgrades for existing public restroom facilities. Work includes the removal and replacement of flooring, wall finishes, ceiling, toilet partitions, and fixtures. Trade proposals are required for interior demolition, framing, drywall board, epoxy Dur-A-Flex flooring, Wall Tile, Armstrong drywall ceiling system, wood laminate ceiling system, marble sills, toilet partitions and accessories, painting, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and electrical. The project construction is scheduled to start on or about July 7, 2025 and be completed on or about September 18, 2025. Please contact Remnant Construction for participation in the walk through.
