A Maintenance Bond guaranteeing the repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year, after the acceptance of the work by the Owner, will be required. Drinking Water Rechloramination and Nitrification Control Station in addition to the rehabilitation of standpipe storage, replacement of transite pipes, and other improvements to the system (i.e., installing waterline for customers between the master meter and proposed chloramination station, removal of the corroded PRV, and installation of the new PRV). The work shall be done in accordance with specifications and plans on file in the Owner's office at Mears Engineers, LLC, 4107 N Council Rd, Suite B2, Bethany, OK 73008. Question Deadline 05/15/2025 Questions regarding documents, discrepancies, omissions, or intent of the specifications or drawings shall be submitted in writing to the Owner through the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to opening of bids to provide time for issuing and forwarding an addendum. Any interpretation of the contract documents will be made only by addendum duly issued or delivered by the Owner to each person receiving a set of documents.
