All affidavits and certifications identified and listed herein as Bidding Documents shall be properly executed and accompany the bid of each Bidder. Bids electronically deposited more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, will not be considered. The only planned site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference. The TRUST may require up to forty-five (45) days from receipt of bids to award of contract.
