NW Classen High School Addition Project Description : Bid Group #3 consists of the Bid Packages Contained in this Advertisement for Bid Group No. 03 07.3 Metal Plate Wall Panels 09.3 Painting and Wall Coverings - Re-bid 11.0 Food Service 12.1 Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Improvements will be located at 2801 NW 27 th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73107, as indicated on the Contract Documents. Construction Manager shall confine its Work as defined by the contract documents. The Construction Managerís potential use of additional property adjacent to the construction site for staging or storage of materials may be defined and/or discussed in the preconstruction conference and if Owner agrees to do so, shall provide notice, in writing to the Architect and Construction Manager and Architect shall amend Contract Documents to reflect such agreement. This bid includes the bid packages for the Metal Plate Wall Panels, rebid of the painting and wallcoverings, Foodservice Equipment, and Furniture, fixtures and equipment (excludes OKCPS prime vendors for furniture). DC#23101 Bids over $50,000 will be required to include payment and performance bond bonds in their bid amount. Additional bid packages may be issued later as required.
