The Bois Blanc Island Association and Bois Blanc Pines School District are working together to construct an open pavilion for use by The School and Community of Bois Blanc Island. We would like to invite you and your company to submit a proposal for the project based on the below information and scope of work. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construct a 30' x 50' timber framed open wall pavilion, two single occupancy privies and a ten car parking lot located on property owned by the Bois Blanc Pines School District located on the NE corner of Comanche Ave and Huron (Sioux) Ave. Pointe Aux Pins, MI. 49775 There will be 5 Bid packages: 1) Tree, Brush and Site Clearing 2) Excavation 3) Concrete Slabs and Piers 4) Timber Framed Pavilion 5) Privy Package (Project will not include Electric or HVAC work) Bid packages will need to be bid in their entirety, partial bids will not be accepted. Bids over $30,512 will be required to include a 5% bid security, either by Bid Bond. Tender has been cancelled. When the project will be re-tendered is undetermined at this time.
