WORK The approximate quantities of work involved for this project are as follows Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of Sanitary Sewers, 6- 12 39,900 FT Cleaning and CCTV Investigation of Sanitary Sewers, 15- 21 1,050 A certified check, bank draft or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates. The right is reserved by Shelby Township to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township.
