**As of July 21, 2025, the project was awarded to Wolverine Sealcoating LLC, with an awarded amount of $108,080.50.** Reference Number 0000389850 The work proposed consists of sealing cracks and joints in the locations shown herein these specifications. The approximate quantities of work involved for this project are as follows: 2025 Base Bid (Conventional Sealing)18 Locations 18 LS And/Or 2026 Alternate Bid A (Conventional Sealing) 18 Locations 18 LS 2027 Alternate Bid B (Conventional Sealing) 18 Locations 18 LS And related appurtenances, as well as traffic control and maintenance, cleanup, and restoration. Plase see attached document for full description. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % A certified check, money order or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of (60) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right is reserved by the Charter Township of Shelby to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township. Question Deadline 06/19/2025: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
