Reference Number 0000389311 Question Deadline 06/25/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The work proposed consists of installation and construction of new ADA compliant sidewalk ramps on Van Dyke Avenue from 23 Mile Road to Nancy Avenue. The approximate quantities of work involved for this project are as follows: Sidewalk, Rem 404 Syd Curb Ramp, Conc, 4 inch 1,783 Sft Curb Ramp, Conc, 6 inch 838 Sft Curb Ramp, Conc, 8 inch 919 Sft And related appurtenances, as well as traffic control and maintenance, cleanup, and restoration A certified check, money order or satisfactory bid bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the Charter Township of Shelby, in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of (120) calendar days after the receipt of bids. This time frame may be adjusted through mutual agreement between the Owner and Contractor. The right is reserved by the Charter Township of Shelby to accept any bid, to reject any or all bids or waive irregularities in any bid in the best interest of the Township.
