Pi Kappa Alpha Roof Repair - The University of Southern Mississippi (USM) seeks to procure services to replace the roof at the Pi Kappa Alpha House Location- Pi Kappa Alpha (PIKE) Fraternity House 109 Fraternity Drive Removal and Replacement of all roofing, flashing, pipe boots, ridge vents, box vents and drip edges. Haul off all debris and cleanup project site. 1. Complete turnkey project to remove and replace the entire roof of the PKA (PIKE) Fraternity House. Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. flat roof area in rolled roofing (modified bitumen). Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. architectural shingles. 2. Scope of Work will include: A. All necessary safety measures. B. Complete removal of the existing roof and flashing. C. Installation of the roofing, flashing, pipe boots and drip edging. D. Removal and disposal of all project debris and site restoration. 3.
