Liquidated Damages Sub Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "a" Limestone Site No's. 1-3 Shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before June 11, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Work Necessary for the Completion of Supply/deposit Traffic Gravel, Class "a" Limestone Site No's. 4-11shall Be Completed Free of Daily Liquidated Damages on or Before June 20, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. The Maximum Liquidation Damage Charge at Any Given Time Shall Be Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
