Renovation of a mixed-use development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.
*As of June 30, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Demolition of existing roof and installation of new Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) Roof at Las Vegas Wastewater Recovery Facility (LVSWRF). Qualified Respondents must have experience with retrofitting low slope metal roofs, and working with adhered EPDM single ply membrane roof systems, and must have current roofing master contractor status with approved roofing manufacturer. SELECT ROOF COVERINGS OF THE BUILDING HAVE REACHED THE END OF THEIR USEFUL SERVICE LIFE AND REQUIRE OVERLAY DUE TO THE EXISTING ROOF TYPE (STRUCTURAL METAL PANEL).
