This project consists of replacement, repair, and paving of defined areas of asphalt and concrete at paved parking and drive lanes at Pikes Peak State College's Centennial Campus and Pikes Peak State College's Studio West Parking Lot. The Geotechnical Reports are augmented with the technical specifications found in this project manual. All repaired, replaced, or new asphalt pavement and indicated replaced or new concrete shall be re-established at the original elevations and slopes except where specific direction is given to modify the existing condition. Specific areas of work and additional specific work criteria are indicated in the project manual. All asphalt materials used within this project are required to meet the requirements found within the State of Colorado "Buy Clean Colorado Act". Specific areas of work and additional specific work criteria are covered within the bidding documents. The Base Bid Scope of Work includes Centennial Lot C, Studio West, and the Centennial Service Road. There is one (1) defined Additive Alternate -Centennial Two Towers. The following maps depict a general overview of the project sites. These include the Pikes Peak State College Centennial Campus and the Downtown Studio West Campus.
