As of November 19, 2025, this project is in on hold. A firm construction timeline has not been established. The specifications and contract documents outline the materials and construction procedures for the materials and building of the Metal Storage Shed Project for the City of Camdenton. The finished product will have a gravel floor/base which will be installed after erection by the City. The specifications are as follows: 12' tall leg height with approximately 15' center clearance Galvanized steel frame with 14-gauge (2 1/2 ) A-Frame Structure with vertical roof panels All Legs/Bows 5' on center 29-gauge roofing and siding panels All walls enclosed with vertical panels Two (2) 10x15 feet sliding door on the 40' walls for each access One (1) 36x80 inch walk-in door for regular operations Color will be White with Blue trim The City of Camdenton is accepting sealed bids for a metal storage shed at the Camdenton Memorial-Lake Regional Airport. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided with the specifications. Successful bidder shall comply with the provisions of Section 285.525 through 285.550 RSMo regarding the hiring of illegal workers and Section 292.675 RSMo regarding OSHA requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, and select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
