Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Camdenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,572-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The project consists of a renovation of a new 13,575 SFT pre-engineered metal building facility with a gymnasium and gathering areas. Attention to bidders is particularly called to the following requirements: o This project is prevailing wage. Please follow Annual Wage Order 31 for Camden County. o This project is tax exempt. Please exclude sales tax in your proposal. o This project has 3 Alternate Prices required. Alternate 1 - Additional Parking Lot Alternate 2 - Remove LVT Flooring Alternate 3 - Supply and Install Pre-Engineered Metal Building Turnkey. The project consists of the following scopes of work: concrete, steel, millwork, general trades, waterproofing, fiber cement panels, glazing, door & hardware, doors, drywall, flooring, athletic flooring, painting, operable partitions, lockers, food service equipment, pre-engineered metal buildings, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, asphalt and pavement markings.
