This project is expected to be a Design-Build Project consisting of but not limited to the following features: -10,000 SF Capable of Future Expansion - Large Conference/ Training Room - Nurses Office with 6 Workstations -Kitchen/Break Room for Employees -Health Inspector Office with 5 Workstations - Prep/Lab Room - 3 Small Lab Draw Rooms - 3 Small Exam Rooms -Reception Desk with 3 Workstations - 3 WIC Offices - Storage for WIC -Storage Room for Health Department Supplies - Lobby Area/ Area for Kids Toys - 4 Total Restrooms - 3 Offices for Staff Admin - Janitors Space - IT/Mech Space Statements of qualifications submitted shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with applicable laws of the State of Missouri where the project is located. Camden County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities therein, and all Proposers shall agree that such rejection shall be without liability on the part of Camden County for any damage or claim brought by any Proposer because of such rejections, nor shall the Proposers seek any recourse of any kind against Camden County because of such rejections.
