Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The scope of work generally includes earthwork, paving, concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, stormwater pipe and structures, landscaping, E&S, pavement markings, traffic signal work and other associated items. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bidder's bond, certified check or cashier's check, in favor of East Lampeter Township in the amount of not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. The successful bidder shall be bound to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Labor & Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, on bond forms provided by East Lampeter Township. All bidders must be online pre-qualified and must complete a non-collusion affidavit. This contract is in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, and the successful bidder shall pay no less than the Wage Rates determined for the project as stated in the Contract documents. There is a zero percent verify requirement for MBE and/or WBE participation. Award of the Contract, if the contract is awarded, will be to the lowest responsible bidder, however East Lampeter Township reserves the right to reject any and or all bids on any basis and to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law. No bidder may withdraw a bid after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bidders must submit with their bids, the non- collusion affidavit contained in the contract documents.
