The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All bids are to be marked "Bid for Asphalt Materials Laid in Place" on the outside of the envelope. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10) percent (%) of the amount of the bid must accompany the bids. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
