Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG 64S-22, Scratch or Leveling Course, 0.3 to 3.0 million ESAL's, placed on public roadways as directed. 2,261 tons Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, 9.5 mm, PG64S-22, Wearing Course, 0.3 to 3.0 million ESAL's, SRL as bid, placed on public roadways as directed. SRL H 2,643 tons SRL M 10,172 tons Mill asphalt roadway surface starting on the edge of the roadway at 1-1/2 inch depth and ending 12 feet away at a 0 inch depth including cleanup and hauling of milled material to the Township's Compost Park at 2775 Oregon Pike. Trim work around valve boxes, inlets and manhole is included in this price. 137,056 S.Y. The Contract will be subject to the prevailing minimum wage determination established by the Department of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. All bids are to be marked "Bid for Asphalt Materials Laid in Place" on the outside of the envelope. A bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten (10) percent (%) of the amount of the bid must accompany the bids. The Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract in the best interest of the Township.
