Demolition and addition to a municipal facility in Buckeye, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; and for the demolition of a municipal facility.

The City is issuing the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to qualified consultants to provide Professional Services for the Municipal Courthouse and Prosecutor's Office Expansion. Both offices have been identified as needing expansion in the next couple of years. Due to that, a DCR is required to determine the best options for expansion.
