Reference number: 20066962 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-05-12 In order to correct the stability problems of the existing structures, the municipality of Canton d'Orford wishes to proceed with the reconstruction of the dam (dyke) at Lac Écluse X0002767, replacing the existing culvert with a PBA 6400mm wide X 3500mm high, including but not limited to lake level control measures, to ensure adequate freeboard to meet the dam's safety flood level. The work also includes basin development and shoreline erosion protection. The lake discharge pipe will have to be removed. In addition, repair and redevelopment work will be carried out on rue Sarcelle (approx. 200m) between rue du Goéland and rue de l'Arlequin. The existing 150mm-diameter drinking water pipe is to be replaced, and buried utilities are to be protected. The work also includes fencing, lake access, repairs to damaged surfaces (streets, driveways, private land), and environmental protection measures.
