The Bid Guarantee may be in one of the following forms: A bond issued in favour of Sepaq by a company legally entitled to provide surety and which must be in accordance with the requirements of the form "Caution for Submission" of Sepaq; An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a bank, savings or credit union or by a trust or savings company in favour of the SEPAQ; A bond issued or guaranteed by the Government of Quebec or the Government of Canada (or, where an intergovernmental agreement applies, by the government of the jurisdiction concerned) whose maturity does not exceed five (5) years; A certified cheque or bank draft payable to the Sepaq. When the security is filed in this form, it is then equal to an amount equivalent to five percent (5%) of the bid amount including GST and QST taxes. The Societe des etablissements de plein air du Quebec (Sepaq) is seeking tenders from contractors interested in relocating the infirmary of the Le Cerisier service centre in the Mont-Orford National Park. Delivery schedule The contract is expected to last 2 months and the work is expected to last 9 weeks. The work must be completed by November 14, 2025.
