Reference Number 0000385462 Through this invitation for Bid (IFB), Park County Public Works department, hereinafter referred to as County, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified contractors to install fencing, gates, and entryways at numerous Public Works shops around the County. Address Jefferson Shop: Michigan Creek Rd and HWY285 Jefferson, Co 80456. Fairplay Shop: 1246 Co Rd 16, Fairplay, CO 80440. Jefferson Shop fence will be installed first, followed by the Fairplay Shop. The specifications are as follows: Fence Installation enclosing perimeter of Park County Public Works Jefferson and Fairplay shops. Fence will be 7' high. Fence will be chain link with top rail. Fence poles 10' apart. Jefferson Shop- Approximately 755' of fence. Jefferson Shop- One 24' sliding gate. Jefferson Shop- One 24' regular hinge gate. Two 12' sections. Fairplay Shop- Approximately 620' of fence. Fairplay Shop- One 24' sliding gate. Fairplay Shop- One 24' regular hinge gate. Two 12' sections. Please bid Jefferson Shop and Fairplay Shop seperately. Can be totalled together, but need them broken out. Question Deadline 05/05/2025 at 12:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes The County also reserves the right to waive formalities or informalities contained in said bid, and to negotiate any optional items with the successful bidder.
