INTRODUCTION The City of Salem is seeking a bid for hot mix asphalt overlay. The City expects to need an estimated amount of 768 tons to be delivered and installed as soon as possible and completed by June 30, 2025. This hot mix asphalt will be used to overlay deteriorating existing streets to make them smooth, level, and easier to traverse, improving the overall street infrastructure in the City of Salem.
