Questions are due on or before Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 3:00 P.M. Bid Validity Proposals/bids are valid for ninety (90) days from opening The project shall be completed within seventy (70) calendar days from the issuance of Purchase Order. Each Bidder shall be a licensed contractor pursuant to the Business and Professions Code and shall be licensed in the following appropriate classification(s) of contractor's license(s), for the work bid upon, and must maintain the license(s) throughout the duration of the Contract: C-57 - WELL DRILLING CONTRACTOR. Award This RFQ will be awarded in its entirety. In addition to the pricing structure, other factors including proposal responsiveness, qualifications, experience of proposer, and prior performance may be considered. The Authority reserves the right to award contract(s) for all services, selected individual services, or reject all. Project Duration The Project shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from the issuance of Purchase Order. A time extension may be considered for delays resulting from circumstances beyond the Contractor's control. If the manufacturer provides an official statement confirming the delay and anticipated lead time for material procurement, the Contractor shall submit a formal change order request for a time extension in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Contract Documents. Right to Waive or Reject The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals/bids or to waive any minor irregularities in any proposal/bid or in the bidding process. The Authority reserves the right to cancel, in whole or in part, this RFQ. This RFQ does not commit the Authority to award a contract, to defray any costs incurred in the preparation of a Quotation, or to procure or contract for work. This inquiry implies no obligation to buy. The right is reserved to accept all or part, or decline the whole. Do not quote on goods or services that you cannot supply or provide. When substitutes are allowed and offered, attach complete specifications. The Authority's standard purchase order terms and conditions, copy attached hereto, will apply to any order(s) resulting from this quotation.
