Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Roosevelt, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: repair of an existing concrete water tank roof including sealing cracks with elastomeric joint sealant, repairing major holes and damaged concrete with rapid-setting cement-based mortar, installing epoxy-based concrete overlay system, installing vehicular traffic coating system, and installing new tank access hatch. The designated website will be updated with addenda, plan holders list, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. Official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered through the designated website. Questions are due in writing to Karissa Musich, Administrative Assistant, at karissa.m@jonesanddemille.com on or before Thursday, May 16, 2025 at 4:00 P.M. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
