This solicitation posting will be canceled/closed upon the closing date of this solicitation; however, a vendor's response will still be evaluated by Uintah Indian Irrigation Project O&M Company as described in the solicitation document. The Division of Purchasing is neither the issuing or conducting procurement unit for this solicitation, as such it is the vendor's responsibility to review the entire solicitation in order to comply with any requirements. The Project includes the following Work: Provide and deliver High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) fittings and pipe in the following lengths, sizes, and ratings: approximately 1,300 linear feet of 30-inch DR-21, 12,850 linear feet of 30- inch DR32.5, 20,450 linear feet of 20-inch DR 32.5, 6,050 linear feet of 18-inch DR 32.5, 2,550 linear feet of 8-inch DR 32.5, 3,100 linear feet of 6-inch DR 21, 9,000 linear feet of 6-inch DR 32.5, and 750 linear feet of 4-inch DR 32.5. Delivery to project site is included as specified in the contract documents. Bids will be received for single contract. Buyer expects that materials under the contract be delivered between October 15 and November 15, 2025 in coordination with Owner and Installation Contractor(s). Neither Buyer nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
