The Project includes the following Work: repair of an existing concrete water tank roof including sealing cracks with elastomeric joint sealant, repairing major holes and damaged concrete with rapid-setting cement-based mortar, installing epoxy-based concrete overlay system, installing vehicular traffic coating system, and installing new tank access hatch. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
