Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Peach Springs, Arizona. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Valentine Elementary School District, #22 is issuing this RFQ seeking Qualifications for CMAR Services for New Space at Valentine Elementary School. This is a replacement school being funded with only DSF funds. The current campus will be demoed, a temporary campus using modular buildings will be in place shortly under another contract. This scope of work is to provide preconstruction services and then constructions services. Mohave County is currently reviewing initial documents and the Division of School Facilities has worked with the design professionals and district stakeholders to build a consensus for basic design.
