C. Sealcoating: 1. Edge and clean ALL asphalt 2. Seal all cracks 3. Apply "Durafil PL (or product equal to)" hot tar to all main cracks 4. Apply "Gator patch" to multiple cracked areas 5. Apply "Petroseal (or product equal to)" to any oil spots as a primer 6. Apply "X-10" (or product equal to) asphalt sealer to asphalt - sealer will be HAND APPLIED with seal brooms NOT SPRAYED 7. Allow 24 hour drying time 8. Apply all stripe work 1-2 days later - after curing 9. Two-year warranty D. Sealer must be mixed with the following: 1. "Tarmax (or product equal to)" for a more durable blacker surface. 2. "TopTuff (or product equal to)" for a non-marking fast drying surface. 5 3.
