Site work for a water / sewer project in Frenchville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Consists of completing an aquifer pump test on the recently drilled public water supply well and recording manual measurements of the test well water level. The aquifer pump test will consist of 72 hours of operating the well pump at a constant rate and manual monitoring of the test well and manual monitoring during the recovery period of 24 hours minimum, or until water levels have recovered by 95% of the pre-pumping water level. Water quality samples shall also be collected and analyzed during the aquifer pump test. Coordinate with hydrogeologist, engineer, and owner and provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to perform pump test, complete manual measurements through all phases, and collect water quality data. This project is being financed in part by a grant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Commonwealth Financing Authority. The obligations imposed on the CKGAA by the funding agency shall apply to and be acceptable to the successful bidder. Bidders must comply with all State anti-bid-rigging regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed non-collusion affidavit with the bid. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
