**No bids received, Project completed using in house staff** Scope of Work for Concrete Materials Contract The scope of work consists of the following, but is not limited to: 1) Production and delivery of ready-mix concrete to the Project Site. The concrete material is expected to be provided in multiple phases. This includes providing concrete mix designs, material submittals, and other related as required in Specification Section 033000 "Cast In Place Concrete" for Owner Approval. a) Use of "Exposed to Freeze/Thaw Concrete" for foundation walls, exterior slabs-on-grade, sidewalks, and other concrete onsite. Normal-weight concrete. b) Minimum Compressive Strength: 5000 psi at 28 days c) Maximum W/C Ratio: 0.45. d) Slump Limit: 4 inches for concrete with verified slump of 2 to 4 inches plus or minus 1 inch, before adding high-range water-reducing admixture or plasticizing admixture, 8 inches maximum after admixture addition. e) Air Content: 5.5 percent, plus or minus 1.5 percent at point of delivery for 1-1/12-inch nominal maximum aggregate size. 2) Materials Contract Total Estimated Quantity: 132 Cubic Yards. Additional fees such as mobilization, demobilization, travel, small load, and all other associated fees shall be included in the Concrete Materials unit pricing. 3) The Owner shall provide a minimum of 7 days lead time to the Contractor for scheduling required services. a) This work requires the use of pumper truck to place the Concrete material. Pumping services are not included in this contract. The Owner will provide the coordination between the pumper truck and concrete materials provider.
