The work to be done consists of furnishing all labor (Davis Bacon Wages), materials, equipment, supervision of your work and insurance and performing all work in strict accordance with the Contract Bid documents for the Renovate Restrooms in the Cantonment Area at Fort Leonard Wood. The work in this project includes but is not limited to the trades listed below by CSI Divisions Existing Conditions 02 Remove Walls, ceilings Finishes 09 Install New Walls, finish floor, ceilings Fire Suppression Sprinkler heads need extending, installing pendent sprinklers Plumbing 22 New toilets, lavatories, mounting washers HVAC 23 Dryer Exhaust, dryer ducts, back draft dampers Electrical 26 Remove and install new outlets, light switches, new 1 1/4 EMT conduit for dryers and washer.
