Site work and renovation of a parking garage in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The improvement includes the repair of parking garage structural members to include concrete removal, reinforcing steel, fireproofing, cleaning and painting corroded steel, concrete patching, sealant, traffic coating, stair nosing and riser repairs, and masonry repairs, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 671- 067/096, located at the 4th & Grand, 5th & Keo, and 3rd & Court Parking Garages, and other locations as directed by the City Engineer in Des Moines, Iowa. Preletting Conference. None. This project shall be fully completed not later than November 14, 2025. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below. City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
