Renovation of an educational facility in Gretna, Nebraska. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 153,000-square-foot educational facility.
Proposals from qualilfied consultants to provide engineering design, bidding and construction related services at Gretna Middle School - HVAC Analysis and upgrade or replacement, located at 11705 South 216th Street, Gretna, Nebraska. The School District hereby invites interested qualified consultants to submit proposals for the requested scope of work. The project scope includes the analyses of approximately 153,000 square feet of the existing HVAC systems in order to make recommendations for upgrades and/or replacement. The scope will include the removal of the demolished systems/materials, relocation of various ubility services, revised piping and ductwork as required for the upgrades or installation of new HVAC system components and as further determined throughout the Pre-design process. The School reserves the right to reject any and all proposals received that are eceived that are not deemed he in the best inte to be in the best interests of the School. The School further reserves the right to cancel or amend the request for proposals at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
