The Project consists of mass grading 125,000 CY of on-site excavation and embankment on the 35-acre site and SWPPP BMP installation and maintenance. No pre-bid conference will be held. Work under the proposed Project Contract shall be commenced within ten calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed, and the work shall be substantially completed on or before May 15, 2025, and completed by May 30, 2025, subject to any extension of time which may be granted by the Owner. No Bidder shall withdraw his Bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Owner.
