The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Removal and replacement of the existing track, other field improvements and associated work. C. Construction Schedule Milestone Dates: 1. Board Award-of-Contract: March 24, 2025. 2. Start Date of Construction: May 19, 2025. 3. Substantial Completion: August 6, 2025. 4. Final Completion: October 1, 2025. Project Location: Gretna, Nebraska Doc note: A printed copy of bid documents can be obtained upon receipt of a refundable deposit check in the amount of $100.00 payable to Gretna Public Schools An OBE Non-Cash Builder's Card will be accepted in lieu of deposit check. Only complete sets of Bid Documents may be obtained - no partial set orders will be issued. If shipping of Bid Documents is required, there is a non-refundable fee in the amount of $40.00 payable to A&D Technical Supply Co., Inc. Bid Documents MUST be returned, in good condition, within 30 calendar days from bid opening to obtain a deposit refund. If Bid Documents are NOT returned within the time specified, the deposit check will be forfeited.
