This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by the Turtle Mountain School Division ("Owner") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Killarney School Roof Replacement in Killarney, Manitoba (the "Work"). The Owner requires the services of a Contractor to complete the Scope of Workis outlined in the Specifications and Drawings included herein. The Contractor shall provide and maintain performance security until the expiration of the warranty period in the form of: .1 a performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%); of the Contract Price; and .2 a labour and materials payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the form attached to the tender documents, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price. Deadline for questions May 8, 2025.
