This contract is for a period of ONE (1) year, plus TWO (2) optional years. The successful bidder undertakes to perform maintenance and calibration of the gas probes from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. The first of the following events will terminate the Contract: - the Contract expiry date, i.e. June 30, 2026; - reaching the maximum amount indicated in the Contract, i.e. the total amount for the period from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026, indicated in the Price Schedule The TENDERER must accompany its Tender with a bid security equivalent to TEN PER CENT (10%) of the total price proposed in its Tender excluding options.
