As of June 17, 2025 project was awarded to Roof Experts, Inc in the amount $94,217.30 DPS is extending the Deadline to receive bids to 5/29/2025 at 5:00 PM CT. Roof Replacement per SOW of DPS Canton Area Office. The Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) is requesting bid responses for the full and complete roof replacement at the Canton Area Office. See the attached scope of work, and specifications for more information. Services to Include: 1. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing, gutters and all other general rooftop accessories. 2. Verify integrity of existing deck. 3. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. 4. Install ISO roof insulation as required to meet current state and city energy codes of R-30, minimum, beneath the 1/2 cover board, beneath the B.U.R. 5. Install new fully adhered Built-Up Roof (BUR) including all materials, metal edge, flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing and all other general rooftop accessories, as needed. 6. Install all new Parapet, Parapet Caps, Gutters, Scuppers and Downspouts. 7. The Parapet is to extend to 8 above the roof; all around. 8. Provide a minimum two (2) year Warranty on all installation work. 9. Provide minimum twenty (20) year NDL (No Dollar Limit) manufacturers warranty on material and workmanship. 10. Total roof area is approximately 2,300 SF; to be measured and verified by the bidder. Question Deadline 05/12/2025
