Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Shawnee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
I. Project Description Concrete Storm Shelter's will be above ground and must be F-5 rated and will come in a 5x7 to fit up to 9 people or 6x8 to fit up to 12 people. Summary of Key Project Infor- o Number of Concrete Storm Shelters: 50 o Approximately 48 5x7 and 2 6x8 o Location of Project: Various locations within the Workforce and Social o Services service area (Pottawatomie, Oklahoma, Payne, Cleveland, Seminole and Lincoln counties) o Project Start: 5/16/2025 o Project Completion Estimated: 9/30/2025 II. Storm Shelter Program o The successful bid must contain the following information: o Bid Form-include the price of the shelter, delivery, installation, and additional expenses if applicable. o Conflict of Interest (attached) must be completed by the owner(s) of the company. o Firms with Indian Preference must submit "Claiming Indian Preference" form (request). o Provide General Liability Insurance. o Provide Workers Compensation -The lowest and most responsible bid will be awarded the contract. -Contract(s) resulting from this request will obligate the contractor not to discriminate in employment practices.
