PROJECT SCOPE: Demolition, construction and renovations associated with a remodel to the District's Office, including but not limited to a 2,900 SF remodel to lobby, reception, meeting rooms and restrooms. All questions related to this bid advertisement and bid documents shall be directed to the Project s Architect. General Contractors who meet the requirements of the Contract are invited to submit sealed bids for work involving a remodel to the lobby, reception, restrooms and meeting spaces and includes new storefront systems in the exterior walls and HVAC upgrades to the facility is located at 14616 SE 192 nd St, Renton, WA 98058 for Soos Creek Water & Sewer District (Owner). 1. The Project consists of a remodel to areas of an office building. 2. Building work includes but not limited to replacement of ceilings, doors, finishes, toilet rooms, and partitions and the addition of storefront systems in the exterior walls and security glazing in the reception area. Project also include HVAC upgrades in the area of work. 3. Site-work includes but not limited to a new concrete walkway, a concrete pad for a mini-split heat pump unit, minor landscaping repair and installation of both lighted and non-lighted bollards. Bidders and Sub-Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request which shall reach the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of bids 1. The scope of interior work includes, but not limited to, replacement of ceilings, finishes, doors and toilet rooms.
