General Project Description: Provide all labor, equipment, and material to remove three boilers and associated components and replace with two boilers and associated components. Project Estimate: Approximately $300,000 - $350,000. A Bid Bond is required. A one hundred percent (100%) contractor's Performance and Payment Bond; a Public Works Contract (form supplied by Owner); and Certificate(s) and Endorsement(s) of Issuance per the General Terms and Conditions are required before award is final. The Issaquah School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. No bidder may withdraw the bid after the hour set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
